Production
The factory in Maykop employs a friendly team of 75 specialists. Our work is based on the Japanese quality control system "zero defect". Each person at the factory knows all stages of production, double-checks the previous and the next stage, which helps to prevent difficulties and errors in the process. Therefore, at the output we get products that meet the stated properties. Kashiwa board is real quality.
We have no secrets to our client — customer and designer, the process of production and all the components of the board are as open as possible for familiarization.
Oak woods
We select the best oak wood from all over the South of Russia to get the highest quality boards. Density is the main advantage of the oak we use.
Sawing roundwood is the most important step for us. We have never worked with purchased lumber. Everything that our factory produces and sells is made by our hands. We guarantee the quality of every square centimeter.
Precise geometry is a guarantee that the board will serve you for a hundred years. One tenth of a millimeter is important to us, which is why we use laser cutting in addition to standard sawing.
The tactile sensation is the result of 16 stages of sanding oak. We do not use lacquers to paint the parquet. UV oil from the Belgian concern CIRANOVA creates a crystalline lattice on the surface. Our board is wear-resistant, tactilely pleasant and repairable.

Laying
We do not forget our customer after the realization of the parquet. We will always answer all questions about laying, help with the choice of glue, take over communication with parquet masters, advise how to care for our boards.
